In November, Castlegrip, Christopher Brow, gave another behind the scenes look into the production of Castle.
He said that Nebula 9, in “The Final Frontier,” was filmed all on stage at Raleigh. Christopher said while filming he uses a combination of looking up, dolly marks, and the monitor. “The monitor helps me anticipate the camera operator.” He said he keeps a consistent movement by listening to the dialogue.
When asked about the filming in “Swan Song,” he wrote:
@Makdaam it was hand held. In fact we never used the dolly on that episode. I took 5 of the shooting days off.
