Castlegrip, Christopher Brow, continued to keep us updated in October. After showing a picture of his cart, a fan mentioned the large amount of Altoids. He replied:
@betsyang they do eat most of the can.

He also commented on a picture Andrew Bikichky posted.
“@AndrewBikichky: Running shots with Steadicam on the Grip Trix pic.twitter.com/X3rzbzSY” cool shot. I look way to serious.

He said that a spinning mirror cube is used for the police lights when filming. “Made of 12 inch mirror tiles with a red and a blue par can aimed at it.” When filming, most of their shots use two cameras. He also gave a guide to the tape used on set, “n=red s=blue J=green s=orange m & g= white s=yellow.”
He also said that they do not have a regular person on set taking stills. ABC sends one as needed.
Christopher Brow was interviewed on a podcast where he talked about life as a grip on the set of Castle. Check it out here.
